Sun-damaged Skin Care Regimen

So I’ve been to two beach get-aways in a span of less than one month! Even though my inner soul is glowing because of the ocean’s euphoric effect, I can’t deny the fact that being too much exposed to the sun caused damage to my skin.

The 2 main principles you ought to follow while caring for your sun-damaged skin is gentle exfoliation and nourishment. Gentle exfoliation is important so that the dead, damaged skin can be removed from the most superficial layer of the skin to enhance cell turn-over so healthy and fresh skin cells can replace the damaged ones. Nourishment is just that. Nothing more and nothing less. If you want to have healthy and glowing skin, you have to choose natural products that moisturizes your skin inside and out.

For this regimen the products that I love are:

Nature Republic’s Ginseng Real Nature Clay Mask (70 g)
It’s a high nutrient clay mask packed with concentrated ginseng and coconut oil to provide nourishment for the skin. It contains 993ppm of ginseng extract and 990ppm of coconut extract.

What I love about this product: smells really nice! It has this strong, sweet and musky smell that soothes your senses. Immediately after using it, you can see that your pores are tightened and your skin is glowingly radiant, an effect that lasts for at least a day. So if I were you, I’d use it for any important event so that you’ll be the center of everyone’s envy.

It’s Skin’s Honey Firm and Glow Mask Sheet
It’s a mask sheet that has this sweet vanilla smell that I really love, compared to the other Korean masks that I’ve tried, it makes my skin visibly glow and firm in a matter of 20-30 minutes. Even though I like Nature Republic’s Royal Jelly Mask, I like, scratch that, love this one so much more. (Read my personal review for Nature Republic’s Royal Jelly Mask)

Until you read from me again.
