It Takes Two Weeks to See the Effects of Beauty Products
They say that it takes a lifetime for one to know another person- their personality, beliefs, character and values, and just when you thought that you were close enough, that’s when you’ll realize that you are standing at the tip of the iceberg. Unlike with facial products, it takes at least two weeks to a month to see the long-term benefits that it’s going to give you.
Drops of Light Serum Action
One good thing about this product is that it served its purpose as a moisturizer and it calmed my dull and tired senses (especially at the end of the day) since it’s really light (water light) and it smells really nice so you can just compare it to those aromatherapy oils you buy at the HOME section. Another plus for me is that I haven’t had any breakouts because of this product- so at least it didn’t make my problem worse than it already is. That’s where it all stops.
Personal Review of Drops of Light Brightening Serum
I’ve had high expectations for this one since it’s bound to enlighten my whole face, minimize my pores and even my skin tone; aside from the fact that it cashes out at P1,800.00 (equivalent to at least 1 complete beauty set from other brands), it’s quite pricey for a single product that they told me would last for at least 3 months. As the days went on and as the hope in my well runs dry, I started telling myself that maybe it’ll work out in the end, but obviously not. As. Usual.
I’m just on my 6th week from using this product and there’s barely anything left in the container- the reason? The instructions said to apply 3 droplets for your entire face, I did 5, 6 or more. I already lost count because I was hoping that maybe the more droplets, the merrier. Alas, don’t count on that adage for this one.
The final verdict: If you are so into buying overpriced useless products, then by all means buy this one with open arms. Drops of Light? I’m telling you that it’s going to be the Drop of Your Broken Dreams.
